A law on better regulation has been approved ( Ley General de Mejora Regulatoria) in Mexico.
When coming into force, this law will oblige the federal and municipal entities to approve their own procedures and codes, which will reduce the transaction costs that affect micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
This law is particularly relevant in the Mexican business sector, which currently has a complex legislation and hard to comply with.
