We are inviting all proposals for panels and papers to the 9th Biennial Conference of the ECPR Standing Group on Regulatory Governance, taking place from July 12 to 14, 2023, at the University of Antwerp, Belgium. This interdisciplinary conference provides a platform for the discussion and presentation of research on regulation and regulatory governance in Europe. The theme of this year’s conference is “Regulatory Governance in Times of Turbulence, Disruptive Technologies and Crises of Trust.” At the same time, we are interested in receiving panel/paper proposals covering any topic within the realm of regulation and regulatory studies.
With keynotes, round tables, social activities and awards such as the Standing Group Award for Regulatory Studies Development and the Giandomenico Majone Prize, this conference is not to be missed. The 2023 Biennial Conference will also coincide with the concluding conference of the EU H2020 TiGRE project on “Trust in Governance and Regulation in Europe.”
Submit proposals on the My ECPR platform by the 15th of March at the latest. Notifications of acceptance will be sent early April. Full papers are due by June 26th.
We look forward to welcoming you to the vibrant city of Antwerp in July and to the exciting discussions and debates that are sure to arise at the conference. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with old and new friends in the field and to learn about the cutting edge of regulatory governance research.
