The research project Common Rules for Legal Drafting in the Portuguese-speaking countries and regions, developed by the Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law, aims to define common standards for legal drafting in the Portuguese speaking countries and regions – Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Special Administrative Region of Macao, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste – has been presented on the 26th of June 2018 at the 2018 Annual Meeting of ICON·S, the International Society of Public Law, held at the University of Hong-Kong.
In a discussion panel that has been chaired by Mauro Zamboni, João Tiago Silveira addressed the Identification of the Existing Situation, António Delicado the Current State of the Project and Methodological Approach and Rui Lanceiro focused on Possible Outcomes.
