The Bingham Center for the Rule of Law in partnership with the journal Theory and Practice of Legislation will host the webinar “Law-making in Illiberal Regimes” on 20 July from 16:00 to 17:30 UK time.
The goal of this webinar is to examine the inter-relationship between illiberal tendencies in government and the law-making process. The speakers will report on the experience of Poland, Hungary, Brazil, Indonesia, Turkey and Italy. It will be chaired by Professor Dr Tímea Drinóczi and Dr Ronan Cormacain.
