Recent law reforms in Sri Lanka are contributing to reconciliation and good governance.

These reforms tackle problems such as missing persons, enforced disappearance and the consolidation of the Auditor General’s powers through a National Audit.

A 19th Amendment was also introduced to the Constitution, providing the establishment of a Constitutional Council.
