In a fast-track legislative procedure, the Israeli parliament passed a major reform to Israeli competition law – the “New Legislation”.
The reform includes the relaxation of merger filing thresholds, a change in abuse of dominance provisions, enhancement of enforcement and semantic changes in the law designation.
