We had fabulous presentations from Germany, Brazil, Italy, Greece, Portugal, the Netherlands, the UK and the United States at our meeting yesterday (27 June).
In addition to the topics listed in the programme, the participants discussed the difference between the policy of legislation and form of legislation, process, the method for making; legislative “track changes” approach; and the effectiveness of law.
The next Biannual Meeting of IAL members on new developments in legislative drafting and better regulation has been scheduled for 21 November 2024.
