The Government of Brazil published on July 1, 2020, the Decree nº 10.411/2020 regulating the Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) for normative acts of general interest by federal agencies and entities.
The Decree also establishes the Avaliação de Resultado Regulatório (ARR) (Regulatory Result Assessment), which evaluates, ex post, the performance of a normative act in relation to its originally intended objectives and other observed impacts.
