A revised and updated second edition of the handbook on legislative drafting entitled Teoria e tecnica legislativa nel sistema costituzionale, written by Enrico Albanesi (Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Department of Law, University of Genoa) has just been published, six years after the first edition.
The handbook is mainly aimed at University students but also at practitioners and academics interested in an overall critical analysis of legislative drafting in the constitutional system. It mainly focuses on the Italian jurisdiction but also benefits from the research carried out into the British system by the Author whilst Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London.
