The International Law Institute (ILI) is holding a workshop on legislative drafting, from 5-16 October 2020. The seminar will be delivered through 10 live on-Line sessions via Zoom videoconferencing platform.
The workshop will have a practical approach. Its participants will convert legislative proposals into the drafting of bills, learning by doing. The US legislative process will be introduced as a case study.
