The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the University of London (IALS) and the Westminster Foundation for Democracy will be holding a certified course on Post-Legislative Scrutiny. This professional course will take place from 1 July to 5 July 2019, at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, London.
The purpose is to connect ex ante and ex post scrutiny, the legal assessment and impact assessment of the implementation of legislation. The course will consist on lectures, discussions, practical exercises and document review, providing the participants important insights in the functioning of the legislative cycle and the place of Post-Legislative Scrutiny in it.
