On November 21 and 22, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, in Lisbon, will hold the 2019 and first International Portuguese and Spanish Language Conference.
Portuguese and Spanish, all together, are spoken by a community of 800 million people. These languages are particularly important when it comes to education, science and culture – areas of the Organization of Ibero-American States‘ mission. The goal of the conference is to promote bilingualism and the internationalization of both languages.
The conference will be in Portuguese and Portuguese and will have simultaneous translation.
