The purpose of this lecture is to explain all governmental efforts associated with the development of legislative drafting and process in Saudi Arabia. In addition, this lecture will investigate the feasibility of the current legislative drafting practices exercised in Saudi Arabia and determine the extent to which the legislative drafting and law-making process in Saudi Arabia can be improved based on both relevant international best practices.
