The Supreme Legislation Committee (SLC), in Dubai, organised a workshop focused on drafting legislation in the Emirate, with the aim of promoting legislative awareness and highlighting the role of legislation in supporting the move to establish a pioneering, proactive, and excellent government.
It was focused on five main topics such as the “Structure of Legislation”, “Standards of Legislative Provisions’ Sequence”, “Rules for Drafting Subsidiary Legislation”, “Guidelines for Drafting Amending Legislation”, and “Rules for Drafting Penal Provisions”.
