The Center for Studies, Technical and Legislative Evaluation of the University of Geneve (CETEL), is holding a seminar on better regulation, legislative drafting and legislative methodology (in francophone Swiss Law).
The workshop will take place from November 28, 2019, to March 27, 2020, at the Hôtel du Léman, in Jongny-sur-Vevey, Switzerland.
The main goals of the seminar are to become familiar with the basic rules of legislative drafting, to develop tools for analysis and understanding of the various stages of legislative and regulatory process, and also to implement the most fundamental notions of legislative drafting.
