The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies of the University of London (IALS) is holding a seminar on the topic “The language of law reform”, on the 9th of July 2019.
The main purpose of the seminar is to stress out the importance of language construction and employment in the law reform context. It applies not only to statutory drafters, as creators of the law, yet also to legal advisers and courts, as interpreters of the law.
