The International Law Institute (ILI) is organizing a workshop on Legislative Drafting. It will be held at the ILI headquarters in Washington DC, U. S. A., from 15-26 June 2020.
This workshop is going to foces on the principles and analysis of legislative drafting, the elements of legislative drafting and the legislative process. It will also include a “hands-on” session, where the participants will be asked to draft a bill in order to learn by doing.
