The International Law Institute (ILI) is holding a workshop on legislative drafting, from 7-18 October 2019, at the ILI headquarters, in Washington, D.C., USA.
The workshop will have a practical approach. Its participants will convert legislative proposals into the drafting of bills, learning by doing. The US legislative process will be introduced as a case study.
