On November 14 and 15 2019 will be held the sixth annual International Conference on Legislation and Law Reform (iLegis), at the headquarters of the DC Bar, in Washington D.C., U.S.A.

The International Conference on Legislation and Law Reform focuses on how laws are written in the United States and around the world at the international, national, and subnational levels.

Each year, the conference draws speakers and attendees from around the world. The conference provides an unparalleled opportunity for a wide range of experts to meet and exchange knowledge and perspectives on a topic of great importance to governance: the drafting and reform of laws.

The preliminary agenda of the conference has been announced and it involve the participation of Helen Xanthaki (President of the IAL & UCL Faculty of Laws), Constantin Stephanou (Institute of Advanced Legal Studies), Sean Kealy ( Boston University School of Law), Enrico Albanesi (University Degli Studi di Genova), António Delicado and Gonçalo Carrilho (Lisbon Research Centre for Public Law).
