The Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law (CIDP-ICJP), the Korea Legislation Research Institute (KLRI) and the International Association of Legislation (IAL) co-organized an international conference on the topic “Do androids dream of legislative drafting? The use of AI and new technologies in legal drafting“.
The conference was held last June 7, 2019, at the University of Lisbon School of Law and it was coordinated by Prof. Dr. João Tiago Silveira and Prof. Dr. Rui Lanceiro.
The speakers of the different panels had different backgrounds and came from different countries.
Experts on legislative drafting, Economics, IT and Lawyers shared different experiences and promoted an interesting discussion on how to make the most out of technology and one’s expertise.
