The OECD has launched the “OECD Regulatory Policy Outlook 2021”.

The documents bring important issues to the legislative process such as Evidence-based policy making, Regulatory impact assessment, Ex post evaluation, Rulemaking through international regulatory co-operation.

Also, the third edition of the Regulatory Policy Outlook calls on governments to engage in a “regulatory reboot” for the 21st century, as the focus shifts towards increased consideration of cross-border flows, environmental issues, inequality, risk, innovation, and foresight in public policies.
