The University Degli Studi di Genova is holding a workshop on legislative drafting – the Albanian Experience, the Italian ‘model’.
The workshop will take place on the 27th of September 2019.
The workshop will count with the participation of:
i) Sokol Berberi, former Judge of the Albanian Constitutional Court, author of a handbook on Albanian legislative drafting and lecturer at the Albanian School of Magistrate and
ii) Enrico Albanesi, Professor at the University of Genoa and author of the revised and updated second edition of the handbook on legislative drafting in Italy, Teoria e tecnica legislativa nel sistema costituzionale.
