On 29-30 October 2025, Brasília will convene the XIV Encontro da Rede Ibero‑americana e do Caribe de Melhoria Regulatória, bringing together regulators, industry professionals, scholars, students and international organisations to exchange ideas on regulatory improvement in the region.
The Network (Rede), which comprises more than ten countries from Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as Spain and Portugal, aims to foster cooperation and share best practices to strengthen regulatory quality across the Ibero-American and Caribbean region.
This year’s meeting is coordinated by Brazil’s Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services (MDIC) in partnership with the Organisation for Economic Co‑operation and Development (OECD) and the Inter‑American Development Bank (IDB).
