The Parliament School of the São Paulo City Council [Escola do Parlamento da Câmara Municipal de São Paulo] will hold the II Luso-Brazilian Congress of Legislative Drafting.
This congress follows from the great experience of the 1st Luso-Brazilian Congress on Legislative Drafting held in March 2019 at the headquarters of the São Paulo City Council.
Academic activities focused on legislative drafting aim to improve legislative drafting techniques by seeking inspiration from positive experiences in improving laws, whether in formal or material matters. Thus, this Congress continues to welcome professors from the University of Lisbon who will present to us their experience of implementing the concept of better legislation, as well as new techniques and legislative advances.
