Published in the International Journal for the Semiotics of Law, “The Dimensions of Clarity for Legislation“ discusses the recently published volume Language for Legislation and Legislation Through Language. It highlights the importance of legislative clarity as a multidimensional concept, extending beyond the wording of legal provisions to include explanatory materials, multilingualism, and communication with different audiences.
